The owner and Chairman of the Diamond Palace Group Companies is Dato’ Thein Than. He also the Chairman for Ever Fine Service (M) Sdn Bhd. He established his business in Diamond Palace Co. Ltd since 1994-1995 financial year in Yangon Myanmar and Diamond Palace Travel and Tour Co. Ltd had been started in 1997-1998 financial year and the rest of the companies.

Diamond Palace Hotels Co. Ltd Diamond Palace Industries Co. Ltd, Diamond Palace Services Co. Ltd, Diamond Palace Trading Co. Ltd have been continued to establish. The total paid up capital of all companies are $USD 5.1 million.

Diamond Palace Companies Group have been launched with Myanmar government and international government such as Diamond Palace Tour and Services in Kingdom of Thailand, Ever Fine Services (M) Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), Diamond Palace Tour and Services Pte Ltd, (Singapore), Kind Properties Ltd (Hong Kong) for countries’ infrastructural developments and the total paid up with these countries is $USD 3.3 Million. In Malaysia, he started Ever Fine Services (M) Sdn Bhd in April 2012 act as an agent and consultant in visa, passport and enrollment application & renewal as well as manpower service

MOHD FADZLI BIN KADIR

MANAGING DIRECTOR

He graduated with Bachelor in Accounting (Hons) from Multimedia University in 2003 and commenced his working career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in July 2003 and resigned as Senior Associate in 2006. Fadzli is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) UK and also Associate member in Institute of Internal Auditor Malaysia (IIAM). He joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad as Assistant Manager Group Internal Audit in December 2006 until June 2008. He later joined Hi-Tech PaduBerhad starting July 2008, Head of Finance 2010-2011, CEO InterCity (MPC) Sdn Bhd and CEO HiTech Global Services (Asia) Sdn Bhd.

He has more than 10 years of diverse experience in the ICT industry especially in marketing and service industry. He delivered major IT projects for the Hi-Tech group.
